We're here to help you and it easy to host the perfect party - we'll take all the pressure off you by doing all the 'leg work'! Whether you want a lot of help, or just a little bit, we're here for you!
PARTY PLANNING:
Party Planning Consultation, $395
Unsure if you'd like to host your party at home or if your home is big enough to fit everyone? We'll come to your home and make a plan for you to do it yourself! Includes a list of our preferred suppliers and discount opportunities. (travel fee may apply)
Full service Party Planning - party at a venue, from $850
When you want to hold your party at a venue, sit back we'll do the work for you!
- Source and book a suitable venue
- Develop a party plan so we can co-ordinate every element of your party
- Liaison with venue event staff/function manager
- Liaison with suppliers for styling, decorations, entertainment
- Securing the best deals for you!
- A Party co-ordinator onsite on the day of your party during set up time only (departs when party starts)
- (Excludes sending and managing invitations/guest list)
Full service Party Planning - party at home or office, from $650
When you want to hold your party at home, we're hear to help transform your home and clear it up on the other side!
- Initial phone chat about your requirements
- Development on initial plan and cost estimates
- After the approval of the initial plan, we'll organise a meeting at your home with one of our Party Co-ordinators/Stylist's
- Development of a 'floor plan' on how to best set up your home to create a party space
- Co-ordination and liaison with suppliers, caterers, staff, entertainment, decor and styling and more to bring your party to life
- A Party co-ordinator onsite on the day of your party during set up time only (departs when party starts)
- (For smaller size parties fee is reduced)
The above prices is a one-off fee for our expert planning services, and does not include costs for set up and styling, decorations, catering etc.
Add $450 if you'd like to have a Party Co-ordinator onsite during the course of the party, so that you don't need to worry about a thing on the night! (Onsite approx. 6 hours)
Major Event planning, from $8,000
VENUE SOURCING:
Venue sourcing - $550
Researching to find the perfect venue sounds like fun for some - but in reality finding the perfect venue can take hours and hours of searching websites, contacting venues, waiting for venues to get back to you, negotiating and more ... so let us do the work for you! We have a database full of great venues in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast - to suit all style parties - big or small!
STYLING:
Table styling co-ordination (at home or venue) $350*
Where you've organised everything and you're just after table set up and styling. This fee is for our professional styling services to create a 'mood board/styling board' and source the styling elements and decor for your tables.
Includes:
- A site visit by one of our stylists or party planners to view the space in advance of your party
- Develop a 'styling board' so you can get a good overview of how your table setting will look
- Organise all of the styling elements, co-ordinate stylists/staff to set and style your table
*This fee does not include all the stying elements required for your tables, additional fee for these items apply.
Party decorating & styling - prices from $1,500 (minimum spend)
We tailor our decorating and styling to suit your needs - we don't have a set price for party decor or stying. Send us your details and inspo and we'll come back to you with a quote.

Please note our styling minimum fee is from $1,500
Hire a professional party decorator stylist - from $195 per hour
Shopping for party decorations can be fun, they've all arrived at your home in boxes ... but what next? If you have all the decorations sorted, but you need help on the day of your party to set it all up (so you can go and get your hair and make up done, or enjoy time with your family and friends before the big night) - we have a team of specialist party stylists who can do the work for you! You get all the items delivered to the venue and we'll then create the magic. (time limits apply for set ups, larger events may required 2-3 staff)
COCKTAIL PARTY PACKAGE:
Cocktail party at home (set up and styling only) - starting from $2,250 depending on how many guests and your requirements! (does not include catering or drinks)
Includes:
- Transforming your home into a chic cocktail party space (either a theme or colour scheme of your choice*)
- Furniture hire (standard cocktail round tables (black or white - additional may apply for delivery)
- Bar set up with bar service equipment and glassware (does not include cocktail glasses)
- Lighting, candles and simple florals
- Set up and styling on the day of the party
- Pack up and clean up the next day.
- We can also assist with drink quantities, neighbour courtesy note and general party advice and guidance.
*Additional costs may apply for themed parties
Picnic at home or outside location - from $75 per person*.
Our picnic packages includes:
- Low 'picnic' tables
- Rugs and cushions
- Set up and styling with cutlery, glasses, and all the cute styling elements required to create the perfect picnic space.
- *Catering extra, we can arrange catering for you!
