Full service Party Planning - Venue

When you want to hold your party at a venue, sit back we'll do the work for you, includes:

Development of a party plan so we can co-ordinate every element of your party for you
Liaison with venue event staff/function manager
Liaison with suppliers for styling, decorations, entertainment
Securing the best deals for you!
A Party co-ordinator onsite on the day of your party during set up time only (departs when party starts)
(Excludes sending and managing invitations/guest list)

Full service Party Planning - Home

$850

When you want to hold your party at home, we're hear to help transform your home and clear it up on the other side!

Initial phone chat about your requirements
Development on initial plan and cost estimates
After the approval of the initial plan, we'll organise a meeting at your home with one of our Party Co-ordinators/Stylist's
Development of a 'floor plan' on how to best set up your home to create a party space
Co-ordination and liaison with suppliers, caterers, staff, entertainment, decor and styling and more to bring your party to life
A Party co-ordinator onsite on the day of your party during set up time only (departs when party starts)

Add $350 if you'd like to have a Party Co-ordinator onsite during the course of the party, so that you don't need to worry about a thing on the night! (Onsite approx. 6 hours)

Researching to find the perfect venue sounds like fun for some - but in reality finding the perfect venue can take hours and hours of searching websites, contacting venues, waiting for venues to get back to you, negotiating and more ... so let us do the work for you!

We have a database full of great venues in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast - to suit all style parties - big or small!

STYLING:

Party decorating & styling - prices from $1,500 (minimum spend)

We tailor our decorating and styling to suit your needs - we don't have a set price for party decor or stying. Send us your details and inspo and we'll come back to you with a quote.

Contact us with details of your party and what type of styling/decorating you're after and we'll put together a quote for you. Email us with your all details include any inspo pics and as much information as possible so we can provide you with a quote.

COCKTAIL PARTY PACKAGE:

Cocktail party at home

Starting from $2,250 depending on how many guests and your requirements! (does not include specialised decor, catering or drinks)

Includes:

Transforming your home into a chic cocktail party space (either a theme or colour scheme of your choice*)
Furniture hire (standard cocktail round tables (black or white - additional may apply for delivery)
Bar set up with bar service equipment and glassware (does not include cocktail glasses)
Lighting, candles and simple florals
Set up and styling on the day of the party
Pack up and clean up the next day (does not include mopping floors or rubbish removal)
We can also assist with drink quantities, neighbour courtesy note and general party advice and guidance.

*Additional costs may apply for themed parties

Picnic at home or outside location - from $75 per person*.

Our picnic packages includes:

Low 'picnic' tables
Rugs and cushions
Set up and styling with cutlery, glasses, and all the cute styling elements required to create the perfect picnic space.
*Catering extra, we can arrange catering for you!

Can you assist me save money on my party?

When you’re hosting a party and trying to keep costs down, hiring a party planner planner might seem like an unnecessary expense. But it’s not!

At My Perfect Party once we know what your budget is, we’ll try and do everything we can to work within it. With our experience we can recommend where you can save some money and reduce costs on items you may not need.

We have excellent relationship with our suppliers across Australia, we’ll ask if they can work with us on price to meet your budget - we’ll also try and pass on any industry discounts we get from our suppliers.

Owner Allison Barrett and the team she has created around her! Allison is 30 year event professional. Her knowledge and unrivaled experience of running all aspects of events (both small and large) is why My Perfect Party has helped hundreds of people host the perfect party.

What areas do you service?

Whilst most of our jobs are within 20-40km of Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast – we will travel to other locations, including Mornington Peninsular & Surf Coast (Victoria), Hunter Valley, Central Coast and South Coast (NSW), Redcliffe to Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast to Byron/Tweed (Qld).

What services do you offer?

We offer as much or as little support you need! From full party/event management to sourcing invitations, catering, entertainment, wait and bar staff. We also design and implement lighting productions and so much more. No request is too big or too small.

Do you have a price list?

We specialise on creating unique and individual parties – specific to your needs and budget. We have some ‘standard’ packages that we can build on. However, there’s not specific pricelist. Contact us to discuss your needs and we’ll put together a quotation for you!

You are Australia wide, so who handles my party?

After your initial enquiry, you will be assigned one of our specialist Senior Party Planners. After accepting our initial quote your Party Planner will liaise with your local Party Co-ordinator and Stylist and make a time to meet you at your home or venue. From there your Party Planner and Co-ordinator will liaise and do all the behind the scenes work to create and deliver your perfect party! Your main point of contact is your Party Planner.

So, regardless of what state your party is being held you will be in safe hands!
